Memories are my everything
When I was younger cell phones and social media weren’t a thing and the only memories I had of my family in South Africa were photographs. I soon became the keeper of those memories and began collecting my own. Once I had my son our fridge slowly became covered in photo strips of us from all over the country.
Although I cherish those photos of us, I couldn’t help but notice how those traditional photo booths could be better … like way better.

Thanks to the deep work ethic my parents instilled in me, there was no stopping once I started Own The Moment Booth. I worked 52 events my first year in business—alone. By the following year I was able to begin building the incredible team you now see carrying on my vision at events today (how cool is that!?).

They’re the ones unobtrusively setting up and breaking down the booth while dressed to impress. During sessions you won’t find any of them sitting on the sidelines. They are having a blast giving posing tips, telling the guests how amazing they look, and treating everyone in the booth like a celebrity.
